Eid al-Adha 2027 — Sudanese sacrifice sheep from MIDRAR

Sudanese sheep from published MIDRAR batches, with their recorded quantities and weights, and prices once our team approves them. Book early and we agree a delivery date with you.

Eid al-Adha and the sacrifice

Many families buy a sheep for the Eid al-Adha sacrifice. MIDRAR lists the sheep that are actually available on this site, with measured weights and approved prices where they exist. The batches shown change with what we have available.

When is Eid

Eid al-Adha is expected around 16 May 2027. This is only an expectation: the exact date depends on the moon sighting and may differ by a day. Please follow the official announcement of the date.

How to order

  • Browse the listed batches. Each batch page shows the available quantity, the weight and the price when it has been approved.
  • Request a quotation with the form on the batch page, or contact us on WhatsApp or by phone using the numbers published on the Contact page.
  • Sending a quotation request does not by itself reserve any animals; the MIDRAR team contacts you to discuss the details and confirm the order.

Book early

Stock is limited and some batches may sell out before Eid, so we recommend getting in touch early to choose what suits you.

When are the Eid batches announced?

We publish the Eid batches on this page and on the livestock page as soon as they are ready, with weights and prices. You can pre-order now and the team will contact you when they are available.

Weight options

Every batch below shows its live weight, weigh date and price per head. To estimate the carcass for each live weight, see the weights and carcass yield table.

Delivery via Jeddah Islamic Port

The sheep are shipped by sea from Port Sudan to Jeddah Islamic Port; a shipment takes about 30 days from order confirmation, followed by one week of veterinary quarantine in Jeddah. Confirm your order at least six weeks before Eid (around the start of April 2027), and we agree collection arrangements after arrival.
